WhatsApp booking bot & inbox
WhatsApp Business API with native Flows for dates, enquiries, call-backs and feedback; an AI assistant kept to your property’s topics; a shared inbox where staff take over any chat; every enquiry becomes a lead.
Staff apps for every department
Separate portals for housekeeping, maintenance, pantry, procurement, security and transport. Check-out creates the cleaning task, complaints become tickets, work is reassigned automatically.
Guest portal
Guests check in, order towels, food or a cab, raise a concern and pay from their phone or the in-room voice assistant, with live status.
Owner & broker portals
Unit owners see bookings, earnings and payouts; brokers manage listings, enquiries and site visits with calendar invites.
Online payments
Each operator connects its own Cashfree account, so guest payments settle straight to the operator. Payment links, webhooks and re-verification built in.
GST invoicing
Tax invoices with the guest company’s GSTIN for B2B stays, issued only once a booking is paid, frozen once issued.
Import and go live
Bring existing bookings and guests from a spreadsheet, an Airbnb or a Booking.com export. A setup checklist walks a new property from sign-up to live.
Procurement & inventory
